How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared and inspected by hand, then shipped fully insured. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.
What is your return policy?
Due to the delicate nature of each piece, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original packaging, unworn and with their integrity intact. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I find my ring size?
If you're unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a quick sizing, or contact us and we'll send guidance for measuring at home.
Is your jewelry solid gold or silver?
Our pieces are quality plated jewelry — gold, rose gold, and silver finishes over durable base metals — which is how we keep prices accessible. Materials for each piece are listed honestly on its product page, and any exceptions in genuine precious metals are clearly noted.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Plated jewelry keeps its finish best with a little care: remove pieces before swimming, showering, or exercise; avoid direct contact with perfume and lotions; wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear; and store pieces separately in a dry place. Cared for this way, the finish stays beautiful far longer.
